Your registration includes ALL meals throughout the weekend, featuring premium highlights like a famous Louisiana crawfish boil, all beverages, including alcohol, group transport during designated pickup & dropoff times, admission to the Gator Tour, all activities at Z.A. Ranch, and sessions are included as well. Simply book your flight, pack your bags, and we’ll see you at Brocation!

THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT INCLUDED:

• Flights: Flights to and from New Orleans or Covington are not included in the package.

• Transportation Outside of Provided Group Transport*: Transportation outside of the provided group transport. I.e. if you arrive early and want to explore New Orleans, chose a flight way earlier or later than suggested flights and miss group transport, etc. 

Step-by-Step Registration Instructions:

• Initial Deposit Submission:
• Secure your spot at Brocation by submitting a $500 deposit. This deposit not only confirms your participation but also reserves your place on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Receiving the Follow-Up Email:
• After your deposit is received, watch for an important email from [email protected] within 48 hours (excluding weekends). This will contain further instructions and details about the next steps in the registration process.
• Payment Structure:
• The confirmation email will outline your payment options, which could include a payment plan, paying the remaining balance in full, or 50/50 deposit.   

• First Come, First Served Rooms:
• Please note that room and bed allocations are based on a first-come, first-served principle. Your deposit submission increases the likelihood of securing your preferred spot.
